PDM Engineer

About the role

The PDM Engineer will lead product data management activities for EV14, EV-SE and EV6 platforms at Bosch's smart factory in Rayong, Thailand. You will ensure accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and part number data across production and support engineering change processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new part number and mass‑production BOM creation and maintenance for EV platforms.
• Manage product and material change processes, coordinating with SAP and plant teams.
• Regularly verify BOM confirmations, part numbers, and POE module data.
• Implement SAP solutions for series production and sample parts at component level.
• Act as key‑user contact for the local plant and coordinate engineering change management with global Bosch teams.
• Drive internal and external audits of engineering change management, supporting ISO 14001 and HSE compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Product Data Management within SAP.
• Experience with Engineering Change Management in manufacturing.
• At least 1 year experience with BOI processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, HSE, BOM transfer processes, and SAP.
