Project Coordinator I

About the role

The Project Coordinator I supports the Project Manager with back‑office administration for projects across the Asia Pacific region at JBT Marel, a leader in food and beverage technology.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update project documentation, records and databases.
• Support ERP project setup, purchase order creation, change order quotations and revenue tracking.
• Prepare and issue Proforma and Tax Invoices aligned with project milestones.
• Monitor equipment delivery schedules, track shipment status and coordinate with internal teams for on‑time delivery.
• Prepare basic shipping documentation such as packing lists, commercial invoices and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate intercompany PO, invoice and shipping activities with EU and USA teams.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly reports for the PMO department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, project coordination or sales support.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and detail‑orientation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different projects and work occasional extended hours.

Required skills

• Practical experience with ERP systems for project and purchase order management.
• Preparation of shipping and export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Understanding of global logistics processes and equipment shipment coordination.
