SAP ABAP Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Manager to lead its business application consulting team in Bangkok. The role combines deep SAP technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality SAP solutions that support client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, administration, development and support of SAP and ABAP solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of SAP consultants, fostering performance and professional growth.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align deliverables with client expectations.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews and address conflicts.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SAP ABAP projects and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on integrity and authenticity.
• Ability to analyse complex systems and identify integration opportunities.
• Experience in client‑facing environments and handling difficult conversations.

Required skills

• Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
• Extensive knowledge of SAP platforms.
