SAP Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead its business application consulting practice in Bangkok. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end SAP consulting services, helping clients optimise operations and achieve strategic goals through effective use of SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design SAP‑based solutions that align with business objectives.
• Lead implementation projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Provide training, support and change‑management to ensure seamless adoption of SAP applications.
• Coach, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary consulting team, leveraging individual strengths and managing performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to maintain quality standards, timelines and deliverables.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP consulting with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills, able to motivate and inspire teams.
