Senior Analyst – App Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost the lifetime value of Agoda customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad‑campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze experiment data, build predictive models and assess the impact of large‑scale campaigns on bookings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, extract insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• Several years of experience in performance or app marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Required skills

• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
• Proficiency in building analytical dashboards and visualisations.
