Senior Analyst, PPC – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

As a Senior Analyst, PPC you will join Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team in Bangkok, helping to drive data‑driven paid‑search strategies across global platforms. You will work closely with analysts, marketers and data scientists to experiment, model, and report on campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago, adapting to new product features and test results.
• Develop predictive models and analyze large experiment datasets to understand booking impact, demand elasticity and pricing optimization.
• Build dashboards, track performance metrics, derive insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
