Senior Specialist – Marketing Key Account Management

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Marketing Key Account Management at aCommerce, you will lead communication planning and strategy for e‑commerce clients, driving online presence, sales performance and GMV growth. You will coordinate short‑video production, live‑streaming campaigns and influencer/affiliate programs while reporting to the Communication Planning and Strategy Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans aligned with clients’ e‑commerce goals and target audiences.
• Produce, script and optimise short videos for various platforms to boost engagement and conversions.
• Plan, execute and monitor live‑streaming marketing campaigns, analysing performance data to maximise ROI.
• Design and manage influencer and affiliate programmes, establishing relationships and coordinating promotions.
• Track and report weekly/monthly metrics, including the impact of influencer collaborations on sales and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in communication planning and strategy for e‑commerce brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with ability to manage multiple projects independently.
