Senior Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Senior Stylist to lead the styling team at its Bangkok store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will shape the customer experience through fashion expertise, coaching, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver a premium, brand‑aligned shopping experience.
• Drive sales by actively engaging customers, recommending products, and meeting individual and store targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product availability on the floor.
• Support store operations, including inventory handling, product replenishment, and opening/closing procedures.
• Lead training sessions, model selling behaviors, and act as a key holder for specific responsibilities.

Required profile

• Commitment to Levi’s policies, procedures, and brand values.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and legal right to work in Thailand.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
