About the role

Sika Group is seeking a Sales and Project Business Development professional to lead and grow Chinese‑invested industrial manufacturing projects in Thailand. You will work closely with Chinese, Thai and English speaking stakeholders to influence project outcomes and accelerate sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities from Chinese‑invested industrial manufacturing projects in Thailand.
Manage key projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Use Chinese, Thai, and English language skills to influence project decisions and build strong client relationships.
Drive growth of Chinese‑invested projects by expanding the customer base and increasing sales.
