Technical Solutions Consultant (Pre‑sales)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to support the growth and evolution of our product and service portfolio. The role blends a strong technical foundation with pre‑sales experience, helping to translate client business needs into compelling technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to align technical solutions with client business needs and value propositions.
• Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, define scope, and create tailored solution proposals.
• Develop effort estimates, project timelines, and high‑level solution architectures for commercial discussions.
• Build and deliver proof‑of‑concepts, prototypes, and demos to validate feasibility and showcase value.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address technical gaps and propose enhancements.
• Advise clients on alternative approaches, balancing technical, operational, and commercial considerations.
• Present solutions to stakeholders at all levels, handle objections, and influence decisions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, supporting negotiations and solution positioning.
• Identify and nurture key client stakeholders as “sales champions” to accelerate deal closure.
• Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, demonstrating problem‑solving, ownership, and adaptability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, pre‑sales, or technical advisory roles.
• Hands‑on software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with technical teams and senior business leaders.
• Proactive, adaptable, solution‑oriented mindset with high ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments.
