IT Business Partner Lead - Technical & Production

About the role

The IT Business Partner Lead – Technical & Production acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless collaboration across product and platform lifecycles. Based in Bangkok, the role drives demand management, roadmap creation, and value delivery for Nestlé’s operational services. The incumbent will simplify service offerings, prioritize market requirements, and manage escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep understanding of business objectives, processes, and governance while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into IT roadmaps, coordinate with product and platform owners, and oversee deployments, sustainment, and retirement of solutions.
• Lead regular interaction sessions between business and IT to align vision, share insights, and secure necessary resources.
• Manage demand, CAPEX/OPEX budgets, and total cost of ownership, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct dependency mapping, risk assessments, and mitigation planning across multiple product groups.
• Escalate critical issues, drive governance participation, and support vendor/partner performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar, demonstrating strong functional and technical understanding.
