Account Solution Engineer – SMB Market

About the role

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to engage SMB organisations in Thailand, delivering tailored Salesforce solutions in both Thai and English. The role combines presales expertise with a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand client challenges and goals.
• Design and present customised Salesforce solutions across multiple product lines, including live demos and rapid prototyping.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through decision‑making, innovation management and solution adoption.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Professional Services to align technical recommendations with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a solution or sales engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform knowledge and certifications (preferred).
• Understanding of relational databases and web technologies.
• Basic programming experience in HTML and related web technologies.
