Account Strategist – SBS Engage (English/Thai)

About the role

As an Account Strategist for SBS Engage within Google Customer Solutions, you will help small and medium‑size businesses (SMBs) in Thailand unlock growth through Google’s advertising ecosystem. The role blends strategic sales with customer success, requiring fluency in both English and Thai to serve a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Drive adoption and expansion of Google advertising solutions among SMBs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations that help clients improve performance.
• Manage a portfolio of English‑ and Thai‑speaking SMBs, nurturing long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for digital advertising and a keen interest in helping businesses grow.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience selling to SMBs or in a digital‑media environment is a plus.
