Accounting and Finance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting and Finance Supervisor to lead tax compliance, financial reporting and support strategic financial planning for our consulting firm in Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual tax compliance, filings and statutory reporting.
• Review financial statements, accounting records and reports prepared by the accounting firm.
• Handle billing, collections, vendor and employee payments, and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare accounting schedules, accruals, provisions and prepaid expense reports.
• Provide accounting and tax guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and financial performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Coordinate payroll, NSSF, sales incentive calculations, banking matters and administrative purchases.
• Assist with contract reviews, client support and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, tax or auditing.
• Tax Agent Certificate from the National Tax School (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Growth mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
• Collaborative team player capable of working across departments.
