Accounting & Finance Manager – Premium Ice Cream & Bakery

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a premium ice‑cream and bakery business. Based in Pathum Thani, the role will oversee all accounting activities, cost control and financial reporting for a fast‑growing food manufacturing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the full accounting cycle, including month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, bill of materials (BOM) and inventory records.
• Perform SKU margin analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports and variance analyses.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure accurate costing and inventory valuation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing or food‑production environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
• Fluent in English; Thai language proficiency is a plus.
