Accounting Treasury Manager – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Treasury Accounting Manager to join its Finance team in Bangkok. This position combines strong technical accounting expertise with treasury experience, operating in a fast‑moving, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and oversee accounting activities related to treasury operations, including cash, bank accounts, intercompany funding flows, derivatives, and other treasury‑related balances.
• Ensure treasury transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Support accounting analysis for hedge‑related activities, including effectiveness assessments and related reporting requirements.
• Manage treasury‑related month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Review and monitor treasury‑related journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support quarterly derivatives reporting, survey submissions, and responses to internal/group queries.
• Partner with treasury, controllership, tax, systems, and other finance stakeholders to improve processes, reporting, and controls.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting foundation.
• Experience with treasury‑related accounting and reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a global organization.
• Interest in process improvement and building scalable controls.
