Accounts Manager & Business Development Manager

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a dynamic Accounts Manager & Business Development professional to lead growth with Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturers (JOEMs) in Thailand's motorcycle sector. You will own the commercial relationship, strengthen existing partnerships and capture new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned JOEM customers, building long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Achieve annual sales targets and ensure profitable growth of the assigned portfolio.
• Lead the full sales cycle for new business, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closure.
• Manage commercial aspects of projects, including pricing, contract administration and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams – Project Management, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain – to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence by monitoring industry trends, OEM production volumes and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, pricing strategies and contract management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior OEM stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive projects to successful completion.
