Activation Marketing Analyst – Industrial Adhesive & Tapes

About the role

3M is seeking an Activation Marketing Analyst to drive multi‑channel campaigns for its Industrial Adhesive and Tapes portfolio in Thailand. You will blend creativity with data‑driven insights to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor activation campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels.
• Coordinate in‑market events and collaborations that reinforce the 3M brand.
• Partner with digital teams to optimize content syndication, social media, paid media, and lead generation.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, communications, and customer experience teams to align activation with business goals.
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and apply insights to improve future activations.
• Incorporate customer feedback and market trends into go‑to‑market strategies.
• Prepare market reports on customer, channel, and competitor trends.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensure proper expense allocation, and develop promotional tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in a marketing function.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Own vehicle for occasional travel.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
