Admin – Communication Planning & Strategy (1‑yr Contract)

About the role

This position supports the development and execution of communication strategies for e‑commerce clients, combining planning, short‑form video production, live‑streaming campaigns, and influencer/affiliate management. The role also handles administrative tasks such as quotations, invoicing, and document organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans aligned with clients' e‑commerce goals and target audiences.
• Conceptualize, script, and coordinate short‑video production, ensuring brand alignment and platform optimization.
• Plan, execute, and monitor live‑streaming campaigns on e‑commerce and social platforms, analyzing performance for ROI.
• Design and manage influencer and affiliate programs, establishing relationships and coordinating promotions.
• Track and report weekly/monthly metrics, including the impact of influencer collaborations on sales and brand awareness.
• Create accurate quotations and invoices, monitor outstanding debts, and maintain legal and filing systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or KOL Management.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, KOL engagement, and social media trends.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging video content.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and data‑analysis abilities.
• Passion for skincare and beauty trends.
