Advertising Operations Specialist – Paid Media

About the role

Advertising Operations Specialist at ADCHARIYA, part of the ANGA team, supports SMEs and local businesses by managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, operate, manage, optimize and report on paid media campaigns.
• Utilize marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LINE Ad Platform and others to drive client performance.
• Implement performance tracking pixels and tags including Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Pixel, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Pixel, etc.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Content, Graphic, SEO, Business Development and Financial teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain client relationships, conduct online meetings to identify growth opportunities, and deliver regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid media advertising at all levels.
• Background in account executive, client service, key account or account management roles.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable in client‑facing situations.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
