Analyst / Senior Analyst – B2B Digital Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Join Agoda’s B2B Digital Marketing team in Bangkok to design, execute, and optimise high‑impact marketing campaigns for our global partners. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Data, and regional Marketing teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing changes and other initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance and surface growth levers.
• Present data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualisations and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy for a fast‑growing tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualisation platforms like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to translate complex data sets into clear business insights.
