Assembly Engineer – Hands‑on Industrial Machinery Role

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Assembly Engineer (or Senior Technician) to join Matic S.A. in Samut Prakan, Thailand. The role focuses on the production and assembly of industrial machinery, offering a unique opportunity for professional and personal growth within a bottom‑up decision‑making environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and commission industrial machinery according to engineering specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.
• Identify and resolve assembly‑related issues to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities and report progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial machinery production and assembly processes.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a bottom‑up organizational structure.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site with optional Saturdays and Sundays off.

Required skills

• Hands‑on assembly of mechanical components.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and schematics.
• Use of standard assembly tools and equipment.
