About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Development & Marketing to join our team in Phra Khanong, Bangkok. This position supports the strategic growth of our community services and drives visitor acquisition for our cultural initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing development and marketing campaigns that attract new visitors.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define target audiences and outreach strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
Support event planning, partnership development, and community engagement activities.
Maintain up‑to‑date records of marketing assets and development initiatives.

Required profile

Proven track record of driving visitor acquisition or similar growth metrics.
Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong initiative.
Interest in contemporary art is a plus.
