Associate Director, Global HR Operations (Bangkok – Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Global HR Operations, based in Bangkok with relocation support. The role heads the People Services & Help Desk function, overseeing Tier‑1 support, self‑service foundations and Global People Relations Services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for People Help Desk and Tier‑0 self‑service platforms across all regions.
• Lead a team of service specialists to deliver timely, high‑quality HR support to employees and managers.
• Partner with HR business partners and technology teams to continuously improve service processes and tools.
• Manage global People Relations cases, ensuring consistent and compliant handling of sensitive matters.
• Drive metrics and reporting to monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a large, global HR service or contact‑center environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and implement change across diverse cultures.
