Associate Director Global HR Operations – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead People Services & Help Desk for Agoda’s global HR operations, based in Bangkok with relocation support. The role will shape the employee‑facing service delivery model across help‑desk, self‑service and global people relations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Help Desk (Tier 1) and self‑service (Tier 0) platforms, ensuring high‑quality, timely support for employees and managers worldwide.
• Oversee Global People Relations Services, handling complex employee matters and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Design and continuously improve end‑to‑end HR service processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to mobility.
• Partner with senior HR leaders and business units to align service delivery with organisational goals.
• Manage a multi‑regional team, driving performance, development and a culture of responsive service.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR service delivery, help‑desk or employee experience functions.
• Strong track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Deep understanding of HR policies, employee relations and global mobility.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
