Associate Director, Global HR Operations

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Global HR Operations, focusing on People Services and the Help Desk. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will shape the employee experience across the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Help Desk (Tier 1) and self‑service (Tier 0) platforms, ensuring timely and accurate HR support.
• Oversee Global People Relations Services, handling complex employee and manager queries.
• Design and implement scalable processes that align with Agoda’s growth and cultural values.
• Partner with senior business leaders to drive people‑centric solutions and continuous improvement.
• Manage a regional team of HR service professionals, fostering high performance and engagement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR operations or People Services, preferably within a fast‑growing, technology‑driven organization.
• Strong track record of building and scaling service delivery models across multiple geographies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, sensitive employee matters with discretion.
