Associate Director, Global HR Shared Services – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Global HR Shared Services function. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will head the People Services & Help Desk team, shaping the employee experience across onboarding, mobility, workplace services, and HR issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Help Desk (Tier 1) and self‑service (Tier 0) platforms for global employees and managers.
• Oversee Global People Relations Services, ensuring consistent, high‑quality support for HR matters.
• Design and implement scalable service models that align with Agoda’s growth and culture.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement in people experience.
• Manage a regional team, fostering a culture of responsiveness and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR service delivery or People Operations.
• Strong track record of building and scaling global support functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across multiple geographies and cultures.

Required skills

• Experience with HR service desk or help‑desk platforms.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and employee relations.
