Associate Director, Global HR Shared Services

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Global HR Shared Services function. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will head the People Services & Help Desk, overseeing Tier‑1 support, self‑service foundations, and Global People Relations Services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end employee‑facing HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage the People Help Desk and Tier‑0 self‑service platforms to ensure timely, high‑quality support.
• Lead the Global People Relations Services team, handling sensitive employee matters.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR service delivery with organisational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the People Experience function.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in HR service delivery or People Operations.
• Strong track record of building and scaling HR support models in a global, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams.
