Associate Director, People Services & Help Desk (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is seeking an Associate Director to lead its People Services and Help Desk function. The role will be based in Bangkok and will oversee the end‑to‑end employee support model, including Tier 1 help‑desk, self‑service foundations and global People Relations services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the People Services & Help Desk team and define the service delivery strategy.
• Manage Tier 1 support operations and develop Tier 0 self‑service tools.
• Oversee Global People Relations Services and ensure consistent, high‑quality support for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with the People Experience and Services function to align people initiatives with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, issue resolution and employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in HR service delivery or People Operations.
• Strong ability to shape and scale employee support models across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality, timely HR support.
