Associate Management and Programme Analyst (TJO)

About the role

The Associate Management and Programme Analyst supports the Enterprise Resource Planning Management Section in Bangkok, contributing to the deployment, stabilization and full utilization of the Umoja ERP system across field offices. Reporting to the Regional Director (or designate) and under the oversight of the Chief ERPMS, the role blends programme management, data analysis and communication strategy development.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of programmes and projects, especially the rollout of Umoja ERP.
• Monitor programme progress, analyse performance data, identify issues and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and support communication strategies, creating dashboards, reports and business‑intelligence outputs using Umoja data.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews of administrative services, including workflow and role assessments.
• Provide strategic analysis of programme performance and assist with policy development and research.
• Support consulting assignments, process mapping, workshop facilitation and change‑management action plans.
• Design survey tools, analyse responses and prepare findings for reports and publications.

Required profile

• Experience in programme or project management within an international or UN context.
• Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting background papers, reports and policy briefs.
