Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Associate Manager to lead marketing strategy in its Performance Marketing team. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will drive data‑driven campaigns across search and social platforms while building predictive models to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test and optimise text‑ad campaigns, bidding strategies and structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver and other search engines.
• Manage display advertising experiments on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and additional social channels.
• Analyse large experiment datasets, develop optimisation models and create dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or a science field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 4+ years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools: SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
