B2B Commercial Manager – Premium Coffee Brand

About the role

The B2B Commercial Manager will lead Nespresso’s growth in the Out‑of‑Home coffee segment in Thailand. Reporting to regional leadership, you will shape the market strategy, drive profitable sales and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision and annual operational plan for Nespresso’s B2B channels, aligning with the regional strategy.
• Build and manage a sustainable distribution network, ensuring alignment with HQ channel and distribution guidelines.
• Collect market and competitive intelligence, share insights with international management and represent the market at the global level.
• Implement international commercial guidelines, nurture customer relationships and coordinate with Marketing (CRM) and CRC functions.
• Monitor P&L performance, budget spend, CAPEX and FTE capacity, and drive continuous improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of leadership experience managing sales teams, preferably in a premium brand or hospitality‑related channel.
• Proven commercial expertise covering both marketing and sales, with direct B2B sales experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization and full P&L accountability.
