Branch Manager (OnDemand)

About the role

Lead the OnDemand Education branch, driving sales growth and customer acquisition across assigned regions in Thailand. You will shape strategy, support field teams, and collaborate with schools and stakeholders to expand the brand’s reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the assigned area to increase revenue and customer growth.
• Implement sales activation plans, provide field support, and motivate the local sales team.
• Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and recommend actions to improve acquisition and retention.
• Coordinate events with schools and local partners to boost visibility and reach.
• Gather market insights and prepare area sales summaries, proposing performance‑based incentives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably with regional or field responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Professional attitude, interpersonal skills and a positive mindset.
• Willingness to travel across provinces and work weekends as needed.
