เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง

ผู้ดูแลอาคาร (Building Superintendent) จะทำหน้าที่ดูแลและควบคุมการดำเนินงานของอาคาร The Aspen Tree Residences ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและแผนงานของบริษัท JLL.

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

เดินตรวจอาคารในเรื่องความสะอาด สวน วัตถุต้องสงสัย และบุคคลต้องสงสัย
ตรวจสอบจุดที่มีการแจ้งเหตุร่วมและระบบไฟอราม
ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทให้บริการภายนอกตามแผนงาน
ควบคุมการทำงานของแม่บ้าน รปภ และตรวจสอบระบบมอร์สของรปภ.
จัดการจอดรถและการจราจรในลานจอดรถเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้พักอาศัยและผู้มาติดต่อ
