Business Development Executive (OnDemand)

About the role

Lead the growth of OnDemand Education by identifying and executing new business opportunities, optimizing processes, and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new business opportunities, creating and executing plans for new services.
• Improve and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and clarity.
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
• Build strong cross‑departmental relationships to influence outcomes and foster long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, strategic planning, product ownership or business consulting.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with proven ability to plan, organize, execute and report results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Familiarity with AI tools (advantageous).
