Class Advisor for High School Students

About the role

LEARN Corporation’s Crest School seeks a Class Advisor to support the academic, behavioral and wellbeing journey of high‑school students, guiding them toward successful university admission.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee academic progress, well‑being and behavior of assigned students, assisting with portfolio creation and goal‑setting.
• Maintain proactive communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistent student support and smooth daily operations.
• Supervise student conduct during events, extracurricular activities, clubs and off‑site programs.
• Assess student participation in guidance and physical‑education activities against curriculum standards.
• Develop and monitor individual academic roadmaps to meet local and international university entry requirements.
• Support additional student‑ and parent‑related activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Thai nationality with strong English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Guidance & Counselling, Educational Psychology or related field.
• Experience counselling or supporting high‑school students (ages 15‑19) academically, emotionally and in life‑management.
• Knowledge of Thai university admission (TCAS) and international platforms such as UCAS and Common App.
• Ability to supervise activities, ensure safety and provide basic first aid.

• Understanding of physical‑education assessment standards.
