Client Growth Associate

About the role

As a SaaS Product Manager for Onboarding & Client Growth at aCommerce, you will partner with product, commercial and engineering teams to bring the EcommerceIQ platform to market. You will design and own the end‑to‑end client onboarding and growth experience, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of enterprise ecommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement the SaaS client onboarding and growth strategy, defining mission, processes and resources.
• Own customer issues from identification through resolution, developing service procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and produce analytical reports.
• Improve the customer service experience to drive engagement and organic growth.
• Define the full client experience and collaborate with product, marketing and commercial teams to deliver a flawless journey.
• Work with product managers to identify and implement enhancements to the SaaS offering.
• Develop training, support materials and SOPs for onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Partner with commercial teams to optimise go‑to‑market strategy and acquire high‑value clients.
• Identify risks, apply best practices and ensure alignment with industry developments.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a client‑service team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client operations, expectations and success, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills across senior and junior levels and with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• Willingness to get hands‑dirty in a start‑up setting.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
