Clinical Specialist, APV

About the role

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for the APV product line to provide on‑site education, consulting, and support to customers and field personnel in the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site education and consulting for Medtronic customers.
• Support field personnel to achieve optimal outcomes and service.
• Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans.
• Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
• Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales teams to provide case and sales support.
• Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support teams.
• Serve as a technical resource for the specific medical product or solution.

Required profile

• Advanced education (Baccalaureate degree or equivalent) with relevant experience.
• In the APAC region, a High School Diploma with at least 6 years of experience or an Associate Diploma with at least 4 years of experience is acceptable.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.
• Effective communication with internal contacts and external stakeholders.
