Clinical Specialist – Navigation O‑Arm Robot

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide on‑site education, consulting and technical support for the Navigation O‑Arm robot. The role works closely with sales, clinical leads and regional teams to ensure optimal outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site education and consulting for customers using the O‑Arm system.
• Support field personnel and partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans.
• Participate in conventions, forums and meetings to increase product awareness.
• Provide case and sales support in collaboration with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and act as a technical resource for the product.

Required profile

• Advanced education (Baccalaureate degree or equivalent) with relevant experience, or high school/associate diploma with extensive experience in the APAC region.
• Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in clinical education and product support.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Medtronic’s Navigation O‑Arm robot system.
• Strong clinical consulting and education capabilities.
