Commercial Partnerships Manager – Bangkok

About the role

The Commercial Partnerships Manager will drive AppsFlyer’s partner growth across Korea and Japan, shaping a key ecosystem for our Asia‑Pacific ambitions. Based in Bangkok, you will own the end‑to‑end partnership process—from first contact to signed agreements—and co‑create go‑to‑market plans with strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close high‑value commercial partnerships in the Korea and Japan mobile ecosystem to generate partner‑led revenue.
• Own the partner pipeline, including acquisition, activation and retention initiatives, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Build and grow relationships with DSPs, media networks, agencies, OEMs and technology platforms active in Korea and Japan.
• Develop and execute joint business plans and go‑to‑market strategies for new products and market opportunities.
• Represent AppsFlyer at industry events, conferences and partner summits across the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Legal teams to align partnership strategies with broader business priorities.
• Lead partner integration discussions, support product adoption and provide ongoing enablement and training.
• Translate market dynamics, partner feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or commercial sales within mobile AdTech, SaaS or digital advertising.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through complex partnership deals.
• Deep knowledge of the Japan and Korea mobile ecosystem, including platforms, ad‑tech players and local business culture.
• Fluency in Korean and Japanese (written and spoken) and strong English proficiency.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑directed and able to present complex ideas simply to any audience.
