Consultant – Delivery Management (Site Civil Engineer)

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Consultant in Delivery Management to lead site civil engineering projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to turn client ideas into built reality across a range of infrastructure and building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small to large‑scale civil engineering projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Interact with internal and external clients at middle to senior levels, building long‑term relationships.
• Provide technical expertise as a senior Site Engineer, guiding multiple project teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Perform other duties as required to support project success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional engineering certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery.
• Strong time‑management, planning and organisational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving and initiative at a senior level.
