Corporate Communications & Government Affairs Officer

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Corporate Communications and Government Affairs Officer to support its engagement in Thailand across policy and communication areas. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications and Government Affairs, you will help develop and execute public affairs initiatives and represent Bosch with external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the reporting manager in delivering Government Affairs Thailand’s strategic priorities and maintain visibility on key initiatives.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies with government, industry and relevant stakeholders to support business and regulatory objectives.
• Monitor, analyse and act on emerging macro‑economic, trade, political and regulatory trends affecting Bosch.
• Represent Bosch in cultivating relationships with government officials, business associations, chambers, embassies and organisations.
• Prepare briefs and materials to inform policy positions for internal and external audiences.
• Provide guidance to teams on interactions with government bodies to align initiatives with policy priorities.
• Support thought‑leadership initiatives and coordinate executive engagements with officials, including high‑level visits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enable business activities across Southeast Asia.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in public affairs, government affairs, public policy or communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Established network across government agencies and public‑sector stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with government agencies or advocacy groups; mobility sector experience preferred.
• Proactive team player with project‑management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluent in Thai and English.
