The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Based on‑site in Bang Na, Bangkok, the role supports the company's operations and contributes to its reputation for reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records and update service tickets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Residence in Bangkok or ability to commute to Bang Na.
