Customer Success Manager

About the role

Exely, a global IT company serving the hotel industry, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to help Thai hotels grow their online revenue using Exely’s digital tools. You will analyse current setups, identify growth opportunities and guide hoteliers through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse clients' websites, booking engines, PMS, OTA presence and recommend improvements.
• Conduct regular calls and on‑site meetings (minimum 15 in‑person meetings per month) to drive measurable results.
• Track KPIs such as revenue growth and successful implementation of recommendations.

Required profile

• Based in Bangkok or Pattaya, willing to travel locally.
• Native Thai speaker with advanced English.
• At least 1 year experience in account management, sales, revenue management or customer success within hotels, OTAs or related tech companies.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with ticket/helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Omnidesk or Jira.
