CX Agent – Lead Logistics

About the role

Join Maersk’s growing Logistics & Services team as a CX Agent – Lead Logistics, where you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required delivery in a proactive manner.
• Collaborate with vendors, shippers, Key Account Managers, operations teams and the GSC operation tower to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach, prevent errors and take corrective actions.
• Prioritise tasks based on business criticality to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of customer shipments and issues, adhering to SOPs and Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor and improve customer KPIs, contributing to individual, team and global performance metrics.
• Perform activities related to SCM, purchase order & booking management, vendor and carrier management, cargo planning and consolidation.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with supply chain or freight forwarding experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Highly result‑oriented, detail‑focused and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset; comfortable with agile work environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
