DevOps Engineer

About the role

Capco, a Wipro company and global technology and management consultancy for digital transformation in financial services, is hiring a DevOps Engineer in Bangkok. The role supports the bank's application delivery and operational automation through CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and deployment standards, working closely with Cloud, Application and Security teams in a regulated virtual bank environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application build, test and deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Support application release, deployment and rollback across environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability and release efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting to improve system observability.
• Support incident response for deployment, automation and platform issues, including root cause analysis and preventive and corrective actions.
• Ensure DevOps practices meet security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation for pipelines, automation scripts and operational runbooks, and continuously improve DevOps tools, processes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering or related roles.
• Experience in 24x7 operational or production support environments preferred.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Thai and English, sufficient for technical discussions, meetings and written documentation.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools, version control and build automation.
• Infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and scripting.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP a plus).
• Basic understanding of cloud security, access control and operational controls.
