Director, Product Merchant Lead Thailand

About the role

As the Director, Product Merchant Lead for Thailand, you will spearhead the rollout of the Mastercard Offers Network in the market. You will define and execute the merchant partnership strategy, building a high‑quality ecosystem of merchants that participate in Mastercard’s personalized offer programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the market‑specific merchant partnership strategy aligned with Mastercard’s growth objectives.
• Onboard, manage and scale merchant partners, ensuring seamless participation in offer programmes.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with merchants.
• Collaborate with regional product teams, solution engineers, implementation, legal and other internal stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Monitor programme performance, drive continuous improvement and report on impact.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with proven experience in partnership management and commercial negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth strategies in a B2B environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
