District Finance Business Partner

About the role

The District Finance Business Partner will act as the finance leader for the commercial organization across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. The role combines strategic planning, financial performance management and partnership with senior leadership to embed financial insight into business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Sign off the financial results of the commercial organization and own the strategic and operational planning process.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide advanced financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, and influence business strategy.
• Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, market‑share investments, project assessments and financing solutions together with Philips Capital, banks and channel partners.
• Manage the performance cockpit, ensuring delivery of business and financial plans and driving district performance in sales, margin, costs, working capital and credit management.
• Lead continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and systems by identifying gaps and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Ensure business integrity through adherence to FCPA, internal controls, corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as finance manager for the district, covering internal control, supply‑chain finance and representation to auditors, customers and suppliers.
• Support investment, divestment and M&A projects.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare finance business partnering.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated change‑management ability and agility in decision‑making.
• Experience working in large, international, multi‑matrix environments with cultural agility.
• Solid background in accounting, internal control and people‑management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing capabilities.
