Documentation and Customer Services Coordinator

About the role

Join Wilhelmsen's global logistics team in Bangkok as a Documentation and Customer Services Coordinator. You will ensure smooth vessel bookings, container handling, and accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer service, responding to inquiries.
• Manage feeder vessel bookings, schedules, and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate booking records and prepare updated booking lists.
• Oversee container management and coordinate movements with depots and terminals.
• Operate Liner systems such as K‑Navi and Aicos.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation and related reports.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Close job files and ensure timely billing to customers, agents, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned by team leaders.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping line (fresh graduates welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrates core values of accountability, bravery, curiosity, and sustainability.
