Engineering Technician – Site Supervision & QA/QC (Civil)

About the role

The Engineering Technician will provide on‑site supervision and QA/QC inspection for civil works, ensuring that contractors deliver to the approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations and project timelines. This role supports fast‑track delivery across civil, electrical and mechanical disciplines in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality compliance.
• Verify that works are executed according to approved drawings, material specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors and Owner’s Representatives to resolve site issues promptly.
• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings and inspection requests.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Support installation, witness testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with Thai construction and safety regulations and monitor site safety practices.
• Inspect civil and structural works such as earthworks, foundations, drainage, reinforced and pre‑stressed concrete, steel structures and finishing works.

Required profile

• Experience in on‑site supervision and QA/QC for civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with Thai construction codes, safety regulations and relevant international standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with engineers, contractors and client representatives.
